Meet the Chefs: Jagmohan Jayara and CS Rawat
Jagmohan Jayara is the principle owner of India House Restaurants and Catering in Chicago and the new Bombay Chopsticks. The son of a renowned Indian chef, Jagmohan began his restaurant career at 16 in New Delhi and moved to America when he was offered a job at a hotel in Denver, Colorado.
Much of the inspiration for Bombay Chopsticks in Chicago came from Chopsticks restaurant in India.
Chef Joti Jayara, is highly experienced in making Authentic flavors and has been with us since begnning days of Bombay Chopsticks.
